Hamid Reza Kheirandish manages RoboDemolish Ventures’ operations, ensuring fulfillment and efficiency across all processes. He oversees the seamless coordination of resources, supply chain logistics, and organizational workflows to support the company’s objectives. With extensive experience as a C.E.O and lead civil engineer of an engineering firm, as well as additional experience in construction project management, he brings exceptional leadership and technical expertise to the role. Hamid holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Edris Darabisanatgar leads the technological development of RoboDemolish Ventures’ cutting- edge product. He also creates and oversees a technology roadmap to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation and operates efficiently by leveraging modern technology. With extensive professional experience in executive management roles and business ownership, as well as a distinguished academic foundation in engineering—including a Master’s degree in Mechatronic Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Robotic Engineering—he strategically drives the advancement of the company’s demolition robotics solution.

Saeed Katibeh oversees procurement activities at RoboDemolish Ventures to support consistent and high-quality production processes. He implements strategies to optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and ensure seamless operations across the company. With diverse professional experiences in the diesel industry as the Head of Foreign Purchasing, a Production Planning and Control Expert, and an I.T. Systems Management Expert, he brings invaluable expertise in supply chain management and operational efficiency. Saeed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
